Our target is to respond to all requests within one hour during our normal business hours; however, we maintain 24 hours monitoring of our supports channel for critical incidents so that we can respond when you or your clients need us to. See our Service Level Agreements and Escalation Policy.

Form Design

We can design and build up to five process templates (including all needed forms), free of charge for each client account where ProForma is installed. An hourly fee will be applied for design and build work beyond the first five processes.

Content Development

We can provide written content for your blog or newsletter. Typically we will provide one original article, on a topic of your choice; however, we are more than happy to licence any of our existing content, including our ebooks for you to reuse.
