Your ProForma forms and form templates will be preserved when you migrate to Cloud. However, please note the following limitations:
You must migrate all projects
There are minor feature differences (listed below) between ProForma Server and ProForma Cloud
You must contact us so that we can reset an internal key to ensure linked fields continue working correctly

Site Import Migration
You can do a Site Import migration to Atlassian Cloud following the instructions here. However, we need to manually reset the HMAC Secret key in order for you linked fields on ProForma forms to work.
We need to manually change a key location in order for your linked fields to work after a Site Import migration to Cloud. Contact us before you edit or create forms in your new Cloud instance.
The Server data does not have to be migrated before the key is reset. Therefore, we recommend that you submit this form as soon as you have created your Cloud account. This will ensure that migrated data will work immediately. Note that if new forms are created in the new Cloud instance, before the key has been updated, links to Jira fields will break when the key is changed.
To obtain the HMAC Secret key in your instance:
Log in as a Jira administrator, and go to Jira Administration > Add-ons > Manage Apps.
Click on ProForma: Forms for Jira to expand the details section.
Click on the ‘xxx of xxx modules enabled' link (the numbers will vary depending on your version and configuration).
Hover over the Admin - Manual Configuration item and click the ‘Enable’ button.
Refresh the page.
Click on the Manage Configuration in the left-hand navigation bar under ProForma.

Migrating Individual Projects
Currently, it is not possible to migrate individual projects due to limitations in the Atlassian cloud migration tool.
